New Year and a new beginning. For most of us are in January and begin a time all over again. We make our list of choices - all the things we want done differently had last year, and the desire to "good" this year. For January, the company is a time of new beginnings - a new budget, a new strategic plan, a new forecast.
So, if you sell to individuals or businesses, January is a good time to use this advantage "new beginning". Some ideas you consider introducing into their mailings this month could include:
How can the decisions of the New Year's clients simply satisfied with your product or service
Do your customers know important dates in the coming year (including the new dates for your product or service)
Explain how your product or service in the annual business customers play new plans
The beginning of the first quarter. More companies than for certain post-holiday season promotions. January marks the beginning of the first quarter - a good time to the regular mail (if not turn e-mail every month, you should at least email a quarterly to keep you in the front of your customers and potential customers' minds).
Financial Wellness Month - Credit card bills for the cost of Christmas shopping to arrive this month along with the fact that January is the month of financial wellness, is a good opportunity to offer customers an "extra rest you need to" coupon. If appropriate for your business, you may consider sending a guide to the financial well-being.
Martin Luther King, Jr. - 17 January 2011. Celebrate the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. are considering sending a direct mail piece, with words such as freedom, strength, courage, or leadership plays - embodies all the qualities of Dr. King.
Meet customers day - 18 January 2011. It is a known party, but is an "excuse" to know their customers. Mail a consumer survey - which gives an idea of how your customers are satisfied with their service and even better if the right questions, you can create a list in the distribution business more robust. Obviously, if your business is related to sport, or sports fan audience is a good time to send emails, you can offer their own "super" special event.
